Nessa questão está um dos pilares dos problemas brasileiros e da nossa corrupção sistêmica, que envolve diretamente o Congresso e o Senado brasileiro.
Estas duas instituições e seus representantes eleitos pelo povo impedem a reforma política e perpetuam esta mazela.
